Fabio Puglisi will be charged with double murder

Fabio Puglisi will be accused of having killed his mother and a neighbor in addition to having seriously injured another resident of the building where the tragedy occurred, in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

The accused must return to court on February 22.

The man who is known to the police appeared in court on February 9 to answer charges of assault in a context of domestic violence.

Fabio Puglisi, who suffers from mental health problems, also had several run-ins with the law in 2011 for cases for assault causing bodily harm and in 2018 for a fraud case. Each time he was declared not criminally responsible for his actions.
