The Pas-de-Calais department has been facing a crisis since November 6. an "exceptional flood" of the coastal river Aa and that of the Liane. Fifty-five municipalities in the department were affected. flooded or partially flooded, depending on the prefecture. The Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, reported "seven people injured".
