The Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) arrested a 16-year-old teenager while driving a stolen vehicle while impaired by drugs. The police quickly proceeded to the arrest of the 16-year-old young man for impaired driving, vehicle theft, possession of narcotics, possession of a prohibited weapon and fleeing.
