But how to react to this? that ?", askedé the journalist.

The Russian president initially remained very vague: “If we are talking about official military contingents of states' foreigners, I am sure that this will not change the situation on the battlefield. Just as the supply of weapons does not change anything. Emmanuel Macron had also ensured that that there would be "no red line" on the delivery of weapons to Ukraine. On this point, Vladimir Putin showed himself more threatening: "For countries that declare that they do not have red lines  With regard to Russia, they must understand that Russia will not have any red lines either. with regard to these countries. Even if he does not cite Emmanuel Macron, the reference to France seems quite clear.

The journalist then looked for an explanation for the words of Emmanuel Macron: according to him, he could seek to "to take revenge on Russia for the fact that we marched on heré on the tail in Africa. Vladimir Putin tends to agree with this analysis: "I think there is a kind of resentment. Perhaps such a strong and very emotional reaction from the French president is ç ;also linked to what is happening in certain African states. The president then qualified:   "This does not mean that we should compete by the number of warheads or aircraft carriers but we must be aware of it. They develop all their components and so do we. But that doesn      My opinion is that they are ready to take action. start nuclear war tomorrow, if they want, what will we do ? In any case, we are ready. If it does not target any country, the United States would be more concerned by these remarks since according to the leader, "of the nuclear triads, only the Americans and we really do. He finally, moreover, denied having thought about it. &agrav; use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
