Teenager dies after falling from ski lift

A 15-year-old boy died Friday evening after falling from& #x27;a ski lift in a ski resort in Morin-Heights, in the Laurentians.

The police officers of the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) went to the scene of the tragedy around 10 p.m. Friday evening.

According to initial information, the young man fell from a ski lift. Maneuvers were first carried out by ski resort staff and also by paramedics before he was transported to a hospital center, where he was unfortunately pronounced dead, Camille reported. Savoie, spokesperson for the SQ.

Investigators and the judicial identification service of the SQ are responsible for shedding light on the causes and circumstances of this event. For the moment, there does not appear to be any criminal element in this case, according to the police force.
