Associated Press A second suspect has been arrested in the case of the alleged theft of a work of art by the elusive street artist Banksy, which depicts a panel of red stop decorated with three military drones, London police announced on Sunday. A man in his forties is suspected of theft and criminal damage , indicated the London Metropolitan Police. Another suspect of around twenty' years arrested on Saturday was released on bail. The sign was stolen less than an hour later that the artist published a photo of the work on his Instagram page on Friday. Witnesses were stunned to see a man with bolt cutters remove the stop sign while another man stabilized a bicycle he was standing on.
