Apple Vision Pro: tech fans are deprived of porn

He's here! Announced with a bang during the WWDC conference in June 2023, the Apple Vision Pro headset is finally available on the American market. To say that this is the most anticipated tech product of this new year would be an understatement. Indeed, we are talking about the most coveted object at the moment.

Packed with innovative technologies, the Apple Vision Pro has something to delight tech aficionados. For its launch in the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue in New York, fans of the Cupertino company were there. The lucky ones had a crazy first weekend with their new “toy”. But some are bitterly disappointed. Indeed, Apple has not thought about fans of pornographic videos.

No porn on the Apple Vision Pro

Some users saw the imminent arrival of the Apple Vision Pro as a sort of deliverance. An Eldorado. On Reddit, one of them was enthusiastic about spending his “last night of suffering” with his Meta Quest 3.

But those who dreamed of a carnal experience more immersive than ever have reason to be chomping at the bit. While the Apple Vision Pro does not have native applications for YouTube and Netflix, two essential apps for users, it is not surprising to learn that the Cupertino company has not thought about fans of 3D pornography.

Let fans rest assured despite everything: it will still be possible to consult adult sites with the Apple Vision Pro on the head from the classic browser. On the other hand, the image will be flat and will not be adapted to Apple's new innovative headset. And that’s the whole problem. The disappointment is great for many, who do not hesitate to use strong terms. Some even go so far as to talk about a “chastity belt” for $3,500.

Even if Apple does not want to offer voluptuous immersive experiences to its customers, we imagine that some will find a way to take advantage of the full potential of the Apple Vision Pro. For its part, the sextech brand Lovense has already announced that its application will be compatible with the revolutionary headset. Indeed, it should be possible to control your partner's sex toys remotely using intuitive hand gestures.

Fortunately, the Apple Vision Pro can do a lot of remarkable things, which should perhaps console fans disappointed by this notable absence…
