Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper) is a country star in decline. His solitary life also begins to weigh heavily on him and he sinks into alcoholism. One day, while hanging out in a bar, he discovers a young singer, Ally (Lady Gaga) to whom he instantly becomes attached. Listening only to his instinct, the latter encourages him to sing his own songs.

This is the beginning of a love story for these two people who have lost their lives. But will this relationship last over time as Ally begins to experience success and Jackson no longer interests many people ?

State Lies (Arte, 9 p.m.)

In this spy thriller, Roger Ferris (Leonardo DiCaprio) is recruited by the CIA to find a terrorist in Jordan. The former journalist can count on Ed Hoffman (Russell Crowe) and the head of the Jordanian intelligence services to carry out his mission.

But quickly, he wonders: can he really trust these two men or is he being manipulated? The rest of this film by Ridley Scott has no shortage of surprises, and we'll let you discover them.

Welcome aboard (W9, 9:05 p.m.)

Isabelle (Valérie Lemercier) is the HR director of a large shipping company. As she is soon to board a cruise, her lover and boss separates from her and fires her from his company. Far from letting herself be defeated, she prepares an unexpected revenge to say the least.

Isabelle decides to recruit Rémy (Franck Dubosc), an unemployed man who clearly does not lack charisma. The latter is responsible for ruining the life of the CEO who took his place on board. This is the start of a journey that will change the lives of each of the protagonists.

Welcome aboarddivided critics upon its release, and it was far from unanimous. The best thing is probably to see it and judge for yourself.

That's all for this week.
