Embedded between the two arms of the Rhône for better protection, the Camargue is one of those lands that offers a change of scenery. Between its water borders lies a country where living traditions smell of earth, salt and sea.

The Camargue in its most beautiful colors

Embedded between the two arms of the Rhône, the Camargue extends over this famous delta. Its landscapes are organized into three zones marked by the presence of the river and the sea. To the north, the influence of the Rhône dominates and forms a territory of freshwater marshes, lawns and woods (fluvio-lacustrine Camargue). The center combines dunes, lagoons and sansouires (Camargue laguno-marine). To the south, the sea shapes the coastline.
