BoursoBank continues its growth at high speed: the online bank has just passed the significant milestone of six million customers. 20% additional clients joined the establishment in a single semester; the last of 2023. To achieve this, we can largely assume that large-scale promotions organized during the end-of-year holidays and Black Friday helped. At the end of November, the site of our colleagues at 01net reported for example that BoursoBank offered no less than 130 euros in cash bonus for opening a free account. It was then a limited offer, but one which clearly seems to have borne fruit.
According to statistics shared by C-Innovation, a European research firm specializing in the FinTech market on the Old Continent, Lydia remains the French number one in online banking with still 21%. market share last September. But BoursoBank is in ambush, presenting itself as number two in the ranking with no less than 19% market share over the same period. For comparison, Hellobank! was at the same time third but with only 12% of the pie to its credit, compared to 11% for Nickel. The latest successes of BoursoBank
In a blog post just published on the website of its parent company Boursorama, BoursoBank explains having generated no less than 18% organic growth in just twelve months. As a reminder, we generally speak of “organic growth” to qualify the flow of new customers emanating directly from the actions of marketing teams. Outbound prospecting is therefore probably not taken into account in this calculation, but let's move on.
In 2023, BoursoBank also offered no less than fourteen different launches. Among these, we can notably cite the launch of the portal called The Corner. Revolut also offers such advantages, in particular to subscribers of the Ultra plan.
