Ranked first in the European Best Destinations ranking, Villajoyosa, the “happy city”, lights up the Costa Blanca coastline with its rainbow-coloured façades. Located in 15 km from Benidorm, the village is known for its Moros y Cristianos festivities, celebrated at the end of July, and for its chocolate industry.
