American actor Jamie Foxx is targeted by a complaint for sexual assault in New York in 2015, according to a document from the New York justice system on the eve of the expiration of a law which allows victims of sexual violence to file a civil complaint for prescribed facts. According to this complaint filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, a trial court, consulted by AFP on Wednesday evening, Eric Marlon Bishop, alias Jamie Foxx, sexually assaulted the complainant, who remained anonymous, during an evening on the roof terrace of a bar-restaurant in Manhattan in August 2015.
