You won't have to wait long to see the sequel to Lupin on Netflix. It is in fact from Thursday October 5 that part 3 of the hero's adventures will be broadcast, which has 7 episodes. Just a few days before the release, we tell you everything you need to know about this new part. (Spoiler alert, the rest of this article contains plot elements from previous seasons).

What to expect in season 3?

Netflix has offered an official synopsis for this third part, here it is in full:

Now in hiding, Assane must learn to live far from his wife and son. Unable to bear the suffering they endure because of him, Assane decides to return to Paris with a crazy proposition: leave France and start a new life elsewhere. But the ghosts of the past are never far away, and an unexpected return will upset his plans.

In the trailer released ahead of the release, we see Lupine warning the authorities of an upcoming heist: he is preparing to steal a famous jewel nicknamed the black pearl. As usual, our hero carefully plans his operation, and the images clearly suggest that he will not hesitate once again to put himself in danger to achieve the impossible. While talking with his friend, Assane even confides to him that on a danger scale going from 1 to 10, we are at 12.

What is the cast for season 3?

< p>As in previous seasons, Omar Sy is back. We no longer present the latter who has become over time one of the great figures of French cinema and one of the favorite personalities of the French. We can notably cite his notable roles in Intouchables, Jurassic World, or even more recently Tirailleurs.

At his side , we find Etan Simon (Jeune & Golri), Ludivine Sagnier (Huit Femmes), Antoine Gouy (Au Service de la France), Soufiane Guerrab (Dheepan ), Vincent Londez (Bastille Day), but also Shirine Boutella (Miskina, the poor woman) and Nicole Garcia (My uncle from America< /em>).

The Lupin series was created by George Kay who notably distinguished himself on the recent series Hijack on Apple TV+. The latter which stars Idris Elba is also worth the detour as we explained to you this summer.

Are you planning to follow this season 3 of Lupin on Netflix&nbsp ;? And if so, what do you expect from this sequel? Don’t hesitate to give us your opinion in the comments.
